Hill's has a vast network of employees, sales people and valued customers who work in the pet food industry and must engage with others who work for pet-specialty retailers, such as PetCo and PetSmart. The A Team was tasked with organizing all of Hill's various trade websites, digital training seminars, and online education resources to speak to these various targets. The answer was the Hill's Pet Nutrition Academy. This dead-simple, easy-to-navigate, portal allows various trade targets to find the resources they need simply and quickly without confusion or frustration AND while keeping them engaged and entertained.
